My Project:

I decided to use my new Everyday Pop Up Cards cartridge for this card.  The umbrella is a super fun and easy cut.  My paper comes from Heidi Grace "Sunshowers".  I have a video to show you how it all came together, so I hope you'll watch!

I will also be entering this into Die Cuttin' Divas and Little Scrap Pieces.

Today over at HIMCR we have a Freestyle challenge for you!

I have another baby card to show you using DCWV Nana's Kids stack and some AMAZING Suede Paper from The Paper Temptress (our sponsor)!  You can't tell in the photo, but the booties are cut out of the suede paper and they feel real on this card - SO SOFT!  I've never worked with paper like this, and it cut beautifully in the Cricut! The booties come from New Arrival and I used George for the circles.  My buttons are from Recollections and my ribbon is from American Crafts.  Hopefully, you will join us for this week's challenge!

Craftin' Desert Divas - Making A Splash

Hey All!

Today over at Craftin' Desert Divas I am showcasing one of the AMAZING stamps from the

Summer Lovin' set - "Making A Splash"

I absolutely LOVE all the stamps in this set and have had such a blast working with them!

Isn't this the funnest stamp?!?! LOVE that font!!!

My card was so super easy to put together too! I cut the cute little whale from Create A Critter and put him on an Action Wobble.  The water paper (LOVE) is Colorbok (Wal-Mart) and the polka dot paper is Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby).  The twine is from We R Memory Keepers and I used Memento Tuxedo Black Ink for the sentiment - it stamped perfectly!

Just Arrived...

My son's preschool teacher just had a baby and I wanted to make her a card for my son to give her.  I followed the sketch from Mojo Monday. I used Everyday Pop Up Cards Cartridge for the onesie and DCWV Nana's Kids mat stack for the paper.  I embossed the onesie with Swiss Dots and popped it up on some foam tape.  My twine is from We R Memory Keepers.  I really like how this turned out!

I am also going to be entering this into CardzTV and Cuttin' and Stampin'.

BBTB2 - Flower Challenge

Happy Monday!!!

Welcome to another challenge over at BBTB2!!! This week we want to see Flowers! There are so many Cricut Carts that feature flowers, this one might be a challenge to narrow it down to which one to use :)

For my project, I used the flower/flower pot from Everyday Pop Up Cards. I recently purchased this cartridge when JoAnn's was having their 19.99 sale. It has some amazing cuts on it, but I don't know if I will ever use the pop up feature - we'll have to at least try it out, right?

My paper comes from Heidi Grace and my ribbon is from American Crafts.  The sentiment is from a Fiskars mini set.  I love the bright fun colors of this card and it has made me long for Spring even more :)

Hello Sunshine!!!

How many of us are about ready to be laying out under that bright, beautiful, HOT sun?!?!

Well, Tara has created the perfect stamp set for all these longed for Summer days with her set

I used the Cricut Pack Your Bags cartridge for the super fun image and sun 

(popped them up on some foam tape - of course).  

The cloud embossing folder is from Darice (JoAnn's), my twine is from American Crafts, and 

my paper is from American Crafts and Basic Gray.

I am on a Birthday card kick so I have another one for you!  The base postage stamp shape card is from Art Philosophy and the bird and banner is from Birthday Bash.  My papers come from an American Crafts 6x6 pack, my twine is from American Crafts, my buttons were just in my stash and the little brad on top of the bird's party hat is from The Paper Studio.  The bird/banner is popped up on foam tape for some dimension.  The sentiment is from a Fiskar's stamp set.  Such a FUN birthday card!  I hope that you will join us for our linky party and get out all those embellishments we love so much!!!
